GROUP SCHEDULING
2008 Festival
School groups perform from 8:00 am- 6:00 pm each day in five venues in downtown Greeley. Sites are located in the Union Colony Civic Center, 701 10th Avenue, the Greeley Recreation Center, 651 10th Avenue, the Greeley Senior Center, 1010 6th Street, and the Best Western Regency Hotel, 701 8th Street. The UCCC, Rec Center, and Senior Center are adjacent one another, and the Regency Hotel is just two blocks away.
Vocal groups and vocal soloists of all levels are scheduled on Thursday, April 24.
Elementary through high school big bands and combos are scheduled on Friday and Saturday, April 25-26.
College/university big bands are scheduled Saturday, April 26. College/university combos are scheduled Friday and Saturday, April 25-26.
On the registration form, directors may indicate a preferred time (morning or afternoon) and, when offered, a preferred day.
The priority registration deadline is March 1, 2008. After that, groups may register on a space-available basis. Until Priority Deadline, groups are scheduled as registrations are received. We try to accommodate all scheduling preferences, but spaces do fill early. To increase the possibility of obtaining the slot/s you desire, we encourage you to register as early as possible.
If you have registered your group(s) and paid all registration fees but are forced to cancel your participation for any reason, you may receive a full refund or your registration fee(s) through March 31, 2008. On April 1, 2008 there will be NO refund available.

Around April 1, 2008, we will inform all registered groups of their performance time, venue, and warm-up room.
If your group plans to stay overnight, we strongly encourage you to make lodging reservations early. Please visit the Greeley Convention And Visitors Bureau for lodging information.
