William Wilson completed his M.M. degree in vocal arts at the University of Southern California where he studied with Michael Sells.  He holds a B.A. degree in voice and a M.B.A. degree from the University of Nevada-Reno, where he studied with Ted Puffer.  He also studied at the Juilliard School Opera Training Department with Beverley Johnson.  He performed as the baritone soloist at the Landestheater Coburg in Germany for several years where he performed the roles of Don Carlo di Vargas in La Forza del Destino, Zar Peter der Erste in Zar und Zimmerman, Giorgio Germont in La Traviata, Dr. Schön-Jack the Ripper in Lulu, Enrico in Lucia di Lammermoor, Wolfram von Eschenbach in Tannhäuser, Papageno in Die Zauberflöte, Marat in Marat, Dr. P, the title role, in The Man who Mistook his Wife for a Hat, Sharpless in Madama Butterfly, Stephano in Viva La Mamma, The Einsiedler in Simplicius, Ottokar in Der Freischutz, Belcore in L’Elisir D’Amore, Haraschta in The Clever Fox, Don Fernando in Fidelio, Krusina in The Bartered Bride, Gaetano in Banditenstriche and Popolescu in Gräfin Mariza among others. He has also performed as soloist with the Theater St. Gallen, Vienna Sinfonietta, Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Theater Hof, Theater Oberhausen, Theater Annaberg-Buchholz, Frankfurter Kammer Oper, European Chamber Opera, Phantom der Oper Basel, Sunset Blvd. Wiesbaden, Nevada Opera, Nevada Opera Theater, Brooklyn Opera and the Los Angeles Concert Opera performing some of the previously mentioned roles as well as The Count in Le Nozze di Figaro, Dandini in Cenerentola, Antonio in Linda di Chamounix, Guilielmo in Cosi fan Tutte, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliette, Polyphemus in Acis and Galatea,  Sir Walter Raleigh in Roberto Devereux and Mr. Andre in The Phantom of the Opera among others.  Mr. Wilson has performed as concert soloist with the Symphony Coburg, Wiesbaden Chamber Orchestra, Carl Witzel Verein, Symphony Karlsbad, Las Vegas Symphony, Reno Philharmonic, Reno Chamber Orchestra, Orange County Master Chorale, Crystal Cathedral Choir and Orchestra, and the University Orchestra of Dresden, performing many works from the standard Oratorio repertoire as well as concerts of Lieder.  He has conducted several choirs in Europe and America.  Mr. Wilson is an accomplished pianist and has performed as piano soloist with orchestra and as accompanist in concerts including those at the Landestheater Coburg, Frankfurter Kammer Oper and the Staatstheater Wiesbaden.
