Ah!
Well I Remember!
The UNC Alma Mater, "Ah! Well I Remember" is more than just a piece of music to the 185 members of the "Pride of the Rockies" Marching Band. As the band plays this piece before each home football event, the members of the "Pride of the Rockies," past and present, are brought together to remember the friendships and relationships forged each year on the belief that "time shall never sever friends of Purple and Gold."
If you are planning on attending UNC and would like more information
on performing with the "Pride of the Rockies" in future
seasons or to learn more about the "Pride", please

for more information. You do not need to be a music major
to be a member of the band, and there is no audition required to get
in. It's not just hard work; we have a lot of fun and it's a great
opportunity to stay active in musical performance.
The UNC color guard is an auxiliary unit of the Pride of the Rockies Marching Band. The color guard performs at all home football games, and each event involving the "Pride of the Rockies."
If you have any questions about the color guard, please contact color guard instructors Melanie Montaño or Nancy Worthington at mont9913@blue.unco.edu
