Colorado Council on the Arts StART Schools grant guidelines are

Applications for StART Implementation Grants must include collaborations with
professional artists or arts organizations. CCA recommends that you collaborate
with artists or arts organizations that have been screened for artistic quality
and educational experience and trained in working in the school environment. Ten
(10) automatic points will be awarded for selection and involvement of professional
artists or arts organizations listed below.
