Chapppelow Arts and Literacy Magnet School
Chappelow Arts and Literacy Magnet School is a school of choice where
instruction is built around a focus. Our beliefs and practices are guided
by our dual focus in the ARTS and LITERACY.
This school has been designed to attract students throughout the district who have an interest in the educational philosophy of the school. Parents and faculty have chosen the school because of its theme or focus. This common interest helps to build a strong school community.
Curriculum will meet district and state standards while at the same time connecting the school's focus to academic courses. C.A.L.M. is designed to develop the interests and talents of students in the Arts and at the same time enhance the academic discipline through an integrated approach. The ultimate goal is to have each student achieve his/her maximum potential both artistically and academically.
