Scholarships
To be considered for UNC scholarships or financial aid, you must be admitted to UNC and complete both a FAFSA scholarship application form and a Universal Scholarship form no later than March 1st. Both forms are available from the Admissions Office or the Student Financial Resources Office and can be accessed here: http://www.unco.edu/OFA/Applications/Applications.asp
Colorado Resident Undergraduate Students must apply for the College Opportunity Fund - apply on the COF Website.
Numerous Scholarships are available for each academic year through the School of Art & Design.

DEADLINE: SECOND MONDAY IN FEBRUARY
To Qualify:

Incoming freshmen must be a declared as an art major and be a full time student (registered for 12 hrs).

Incoming art majors must maintain a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 and carry a full load
(12 hrs) of academic credit.ing freshmen candidates will be screened/evaluated on the strength of their application materials.

Returning art majors must maintain a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 and carry a full load (12 hrs) of academic credit.
Scholarships are granted for one year and are renewable. Please remember to reapply annually.
All scholarship application materials must be retrieved from the Art and Design Office by the end of spring semester.
